By using this website or any of our services, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Thyword Thypeople Group of Companies. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms apply to all services including:

• Construction and project management
• Equipment and property rentals
• Workforce placement (JobMetro)
• Material supply and store orders
• Payment processing support

All services are subject to availability and approval. No service is guaranteed until formally confirmed by the Company in writing or through our digital systems.

Users must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Use all services lawfully and in good faith
• Not attempt fraud, misrepresentation, or system misuse

• All payments require verification before services are activated
• Incorrect transfers are the customer's responsibility
• Services may be delayed or withheld pending payment confirmation

The Company is NOT liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control
• Third-party service failures or errors

We reserve the right to:

• Reject any service request at our discretion
• Cancel bookings for breach of terms
• Suspend access for misuse or non-payment

These terms are governed under the laws of the Republic of Liberia. All disputes shall be resolved within the applicable legal framework of Liberia.

All disputes must first be raised through direct communication with the Company before any legal escalation. The Company commits to good-faith resolution efforts.
