Contract Terms

All services, rentals, and projects undertaken by Thyword Thypeople Group of Companies are governed by legally binding agreements. By engaging our services, customers enter into such agreements.

Customers must:

• Make all payments on time as agreed
• Use rentals and services responsibly and as intended
• Avoid any misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification
• Report any issues promptly to the Company

The customer is solely responsible for:

• Any damage to rented equipment or property during the rental period
• Loss or theft of rented items while in their possession
• Late return penalties as specified in the rental agreement
• Any costs associated with repair or replacement

Project completion timelines depend on:

• Full payment compliance according to the agreed schedule
• Availability of materials and labor
• External conditions including weather, government permits, and force majeure

The Company will communicate delays proactively and in good faith.

No service, rental, or project is guaranteed to begin or continue without:

• Verified payment receipt by the Company
• An approved and signed contract (where applicable)

The Company reserves the right to terminate any service or contract if:

• Contract terms are violated by the customer
• Payments are not made within the agreed timeframe
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior is detected

Termination does not relieve the customer of outstanding payment obligations.

The Company is not liable for:

• Damages resulting from improper use by the customer
• Failures caused by third-party contractors or service providers
• Delays or losses due to uncontrolled events (force majeure)

All disputes arising from contracts shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Liberia. Parties must first attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal escalation.

Using any service, completing any booking, or signing any agreement with Thyword Thypeople Group confirms your full acceptance of these Contract Terms. Acceptance is legally binding.
