Scope of Work
Land clearing, earthworks, drainage installation, sub-base preparation, asphalt paving, road markings, signage, and safety barriers.
Challenges
Heavy seasonal rainfall required careful scheduling of earthworks. Remote location posed logistics challenges for materials and equipment.
Solutions
Implemented a wet-season construction plan focused on drainage first. Established a local materials depot to reduce transport times. Used specialized equipment for difficult terrain.
Results
Project is 65% complete with all drainage infrastructure installed. Road surface paving is progressing ahead of schedule.
