Properly completed applications may take up to ninety (90) days or longer to process depending on application volume, verification complexity and available resources.

Providing false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information is strictly prohibited and may result in denial, cancellation or recovery of benefits.

NEWMERCY does not charge any fee to apply or participate. Anyone requesting payment in exchange for NEWMERCY participation or approval is acting without authorization and should be reported to the proper authority and to TTG.

Qualification or issuance of a benefit does not guarantee continued, recurring or future assistance.
